Daan,
in the/your context of managing (people) that might well be true ;). The context determines what KM is or should be. This fact can not be emphasized enough.
Is a knive a tool or a murder weapon? Is experience good or bad? Does gravity matter?
The answers all depend on the context. In my opinion the quest for universal application of KM is not very usefull.
It's not about right or wrong, it's about consistency of ideas!
Kind regards,
Kees de Vos
