Martyn

One could ask a question 'what element(s) of KM does NOT impact business'. I struggle to find a clear start and end of KM.

I believe that in due course Knowledge Managment will simply became Management. KM will became part of the business fabric.

Because KM is so wide in scope it could be applied/shaped in any context to address ANY business issue, unit, person, process, technology, startegy, peformance, stakeholder, external/internal influences, industry, market, function.......on and on and on.

The trick is to match relevant KM elements to a specfic business issues/drivers. Its like a fingerprint. KM startgy/implementation appropriate to one org could not be replicated to another similar org. Thats the magic of KM

Prosper...Take Care
