well it's all about unfilfilled expectations. If you are looking for a book that provides you with an insight on how to bluff your way into the board room, than the book is great material!

That's more or less what I used the book for, as it does point out what boardrooms deem important ($$$$, hence the use of words like Value Added and dividend). Hype ANYTHING with the right words (Added Value, Return On Investment, e-business, ...) and YOU are given a budget to hire the people that know their KM stuff (the ones low on graphical artwork and high on original content and practical solutions). So in that regard it has proven to be a great book ;).

I will attend their Conference on "Entrepreneurship in the Knowledge Economy" (see what I mean: entrepreneurship, mention it in a boardroom near you ;)). I'll let you know what storytelling went on there (Amsterdam, March 23rd).
