Su,
I have not purchased this volume after being dissapointed with their last effort which I thought was great on graphics and very light on quality or original content. In my rating VBKM is at the bottom of the value ratings for KM books, the price was sky high and the learning rock bottom. Just one of those books where you look at the pictures and wonder what else you could have done with the money!
So I'm not too hopeful
