Hi everyone
A short note, as promised, to inform you that the KM survey has been compiled, approved, and distributed. The data should be returned by next week, after which the collation and analysis will follow.
Thank you all for the questions you forwarded to me. I have utilized most of the questions (with due credit) after adapting it a little to our environment.
The survey aims to establish three things namely,
- How efficient (reading) and effective (understanding) was the communication medium we used for this particular KM awareness campaign?
- How developed is the employee's KM relationship within the organization?
- How does the employee perceive the organizational position with regards to KM?Feedback on any significant discoveries (relative to this forum) will be provided at the completion of the survey.
Regards
Robert
