Hello
I was just heading off downtown when a thought came into my head.
Is it just my perception or are we putting almost everything under the KM umbrella? what I mean to ask is if all the things that we are attributing to KM could not also be described more simply as running business well, any thoughts? In my opinion, and I might just well be wrong, KM seems to be part of trying to run business well but not the whole enchillada. Any takers?
Best regards
Martyn
