Don -- You speak of high purpose. And, I quite agree with you. There's much in me that yearns for the pursuit of knowledge, a pursuit I knew well as a young physicist and academic.
But, Caesar called, and so I'm focussed on "what works", "how to get things done", how to keep my business afloat, and .... So I look at KM from a highly pragmatic view -- you might call it applied KM --. So, my question still remains, at this pragmatic level, how does KM help get things done?
