@Brint.com welcomes individuals to share knowledge - if that is the 'true spirit' of the forum. You need to have people download a file, why not provide a hyperlink to your document sitting on your server. If you don't have a server, we may be able to assist by uploading the document on our servers. You welcome critique of your work, so why not provide it on the Net and have people comment and critique it - and contribute to the dialog.
We need to observe the fine line between what may qualify as 'knowledge sharing' and what may be interpreted as more 'blatant solicitations.' Most members of the forum have earlier expressed their distaste for 'blatant solicitations', therefore it may be in order to respect the norms that underlie the spirit of the forum.
