Hi
Ďam writing my thesis on design of organizations and management of change an its effect on organizational structures.I have developed a computer software which is able to visually design structures and calculate the different positions degree of centrality(how important these people are for the conpany, where the performance is cocerned.
if you would like, I can send you an abstract of the model that I have built. if you also send me the structure of your firm and information about the type of business that the firm does and how big it is, I can see how it functions and suggest a type of structure for you.
best regards
Hossein
