I'd be interested to find out more..the situation I mention is a real case. From my review of things so far, no one has been able to answer my question: how do you get knowledge out of people who don't want to give it? How do you make the tacit, formal in this situation? The 'reward/compensation' debate is very weak here!
If you have further light as to 'where to look' or maybe a better question to ask, I'd be interested. A positive lead would be most welcome.
