Knowledge Management might be a hot topic in Europe or North America, but the term is quiet new to business people in the Middle East.
My question is very naive, yet I would appreciate a constructive answer:- How can we make the Middle Eastern manager realize the importance of KM?
- What are the short and long term benefits in adopting this concept?Your input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
