In putting in a "KM solution" it would be good, as common sense suggests, to have a corresponding problem. If people don't want to share, ask them why not?
It is, at a minimum, reprehensible to suggest surreptitiously extracting someone's knowledge. Fortunately it can't be done - except perhaps by means of drugs. But if you could, you would then be a strong candidate for felony indictments -- grand theft, stealing trade secrets, violating civil rights -- and for civil suits as well. It's bad enough that you are taken in by the nonsense W. Greenwood writes -- just ask a parent about his silly theory --. But it is flagrently outrageous to suggest criminal activity as a means of meeting your business activities. How very sad.
