Hello
I have probably completely misinterpreted your posting but it seems to me, and again I might be wrong, that:
- You are first defining Information Management (and possibly alluding to such technology based processes as Data Warehousing, OLAP etc.)
- You then are focussing on Balanced Score Cards and IT/IS metrics and measures
- You feel that Network Systems Management is very important
- That you believe that a lot of information overload can be overcome by simpler presentation (via spreadsheets) and information reduction (sifting, sorting and aggregation). Which might also be a way of arriving at those all important measures needed in a well Balanced Score Card.
- You say that organizational behavior may play a role in KM
Whilst I would agree in principle to most of what you have described, I would caution against overlapping, too much, too many of the areas of IM with KM and technology with process.
Regards
Martyn
