Greetings and thanks to all contributers here. In the 2 weeks I have lurked I have learnt heaps.
My request is for any assistance in contacts, references and ideas around capturing knowledge, particularly implicit knowledge, when staff leave organisations. I am setting up a company with this emphasis to action KM.
