This is my first time posting and I must admit that this is a bit overwhelming...I have tried to search and see if this topic has already been covered but it got pretty discouraging pretty fast. So I will ask away!!
Does anyone out there have actual knowledge management job titles in their organizational structure? ie CKO and the like. Do you think this is important to have such titles - I am thinking that it might help with cultural buy-in. Any thoughts
on this? How else have you created upper management buy-in for knowledge management initiatives? I would appreciate any comments on these topics. Thanks!
