I work in the government, probably the slowest, behind the times mostest, org on the planet. In a word, stifling. I wonder if microsoft is any different. I'd much rather work for idealab etc. However, the stress level is minimal, so there's the proverbial tradeoff.
Maybe my org will adopt KM sometime in the far future, but I doubt it. And, what Microsoft considers KM, in a nutshell, ain't. Its convoluted info management. If that's what they do.
