Dear Andre,
I for one see a strong relationship between KM and Total Quality. Quality after all is all about facts, dependable, quantifiable, shareable regarding an event offering opportunity for improvement in ethical manner such that stakeholders in a society can maximise their gain. KM provides the link between the knowledge, unique to an organization, and those who share it with sole purpose of adding value through improvement. The later is the other name of total quality.
