Hi Andre,
I am not familiar with the ISO standards (and the changes) as I always found ISO to be "something for the Quality Manager". To me it lacked a comprehensive model like the model the EFQM uses to gain company-wide awareness and understanding.
However if I can find the time I will review their adjustements and let you know.On your question about other material I will try to persuade corporate communications of Pink Elephant to release the applications that won us the EFQM Knowledge Management and Management of Innovation citations, that is, if you are interested...
Again, I can't promise they will release them if you are, but I will give it a try.
