Have been pondering the relationship between learning and KM for some considerable time and would appreciate hearing your views, thoughts and experiences.
Is learning an integral part of KM? What is the relationship between learning organization activities and KM?
How do KM strategies benefit individual and group learning?
KM folks talk continually of collaboration, innovation, creativity, corporate memory, knowledge discovery; but we hear relatively little about learning!
What are the KM best practices that leverage learning? If you apply KM principles and practices how does this impact learning?Any ideas?
