My point was that having a fax or scanner does indeed increase the value and potential. My 'dig' was at the vendors who add price to their products by calling it a 'knowledge management machine' without adding value to it. We have too many vendors hawking products without any real idea by the end user of how the added cost can help them improve their margins and success.
