Dag André :),
the European Foundation for Quality Management has incorporated learning and innovation in their new model for Business Excellence.
This model is gaining momentum the last years. Key partners are British Telecom, Volvo, Siemens, Smithkline Beecham, Philips, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, BASF, British Steel and many others.
BTW in The Netherlands the model is used by the INK, www.ink.nl
Best regards (say hello to Wouter K. and Robert A. for me as well, will you :)),
Kees de Vos.
