Hello Andre

In not wanting to upset the KM purists and theorists I must first say that my interest in KM is primarily commercial. In taking a purely commercial view of KM I do see the benefit of a convergence of aims of both TQM and KM in an organization.

I will try and dig up some older papers I wrote on KM/IM and TQM and maybe "steal" bits of my own "code" to come up with a more substantial comment on this interesting question.

Best regards,

Martyn
