Knowledge still is power in many organizations. Rewarding people for sharing knowledge is a possibility, although this is not so easy to measure. It concerns the question "what's in it for me?", not so much what's in it for the company? Does any one have any pointers how to deal with these things? Directly, or changing the attitude towards the benefit of the company as a whole?
