Phil,
We have been working on these issues mainly with Telcos but also to a lesser degree with Financial institutions and Airlines. Deregulation and increasing competition (in Europe) is pushing Telcos to look for ever increasing levels of sophistication in the area of CKO - as part of an overall KM/IM strategy.
