Dear yogesh Malhotra
A contribution to the more concrete aspects of the realisation of cyberlearning and knowledgemanagement. Specialists should put much more emphasis on the didactic, social and psychological aspects of knowledgemanagement; we are still very much focused on the technology and the mere restructuring of knowledge in the web.
kind regards alex

Summary
Didactical Aspects contain a) instructional aims b) choice of contents c) choice of methods and d) choice of media. From a psychological point of view one would see methodological aspects not to be isolated from the social aspects of learning. The prominent elements for building up a vir-tual learning environment appropriate to the possibilities of the highly developed functionalities of computertechnology on an Internetbasis can therefore be summarized as follows:
1. Functionalities
a) Catalogue: Fast and simple search and retrieval of knowledge like (computer based training programs, electronic document, interactive tutoring tools etc.) according to the needs of student or tutor
b) Training path: giving all the informations learners need with regards to time schedule, contents, communicationstructures, methods, pos-sible features
c) Questionnaire: Pre-assessment, Aptitude tests, Qualification tests, Cer-tificate, opinion poll, online and permanent feedback possibilities of users in order to introduce optimization processes
d) Tutoring Tools: The bringing together of the possibilities of all functi-nalities and the methodological aspects gives full support for develop-ping an efficient learning environment.
e) Billing System: Statistical information on the students learning process, including momentary state of succes, of costs, amount of the informa-tion download etc.
2. Planning of communicationsstructures on the basis of the relational constellations
On the psychological basis of analysing relational and social aspects we have realized methods referring to possible constellations: One Tutor-one Student, Tutorgroup-one Student, one Student-one Student, one Tutor-Studentgroup, Studentgroup-Studentgroup, Student-Studentgroup-one Tutor, Studentgroup-Studentgroup-Tutorgroup. This constellations pro-vide together with the possible Internet services a basis for the imple-mentation of specific didactical concepts for the virtual learning envi-ronment. Achtung: The development of these communication concepts is to be seen as a separate development equivalent and parallel to the technical progress!
3. Methodology according to the special field that is to be instructed:
The development of the didactical moduls in combination with questions concerning the content that has to be instructed and the appropriate me-thods should facilitate the students succes with regard to the instructio-nal aims of the course offered. These moduls will have to be worked out together with specialists of the respective field in order to reach the aim of a specific online-Didactic. As a consequence one could have beneath the technical solution and a conceptual entity as a third separate unit the moduls specified according to the fields to be taught.
