Hello Phil
I know of a couple of companies that have their competitive intelligence and database marketing people within their Information Management organization. The "CKO" unit is divided between CI professionals and technology strategist roles and responsibilities who report to the head of the Information Management group and who must also interface with their other BI, IM and KM colleagues as required.
