John:
MySAP is the just announced e-commerce site for SAP customers. It is SAP's first attempt at building a massive hub for all its customers to conduct e-commerce on, of course using SAP software. To use the Hub, you need to be SAP complient (I can spell) and though there are 1000 firms not on MYSAP, only a handful can conduct e-commerce between each other.
People soft is a little behind, though MYSAP is just a baby. Peoplesoft is using outside tools (commerce one) for its technology of a HUB for e-commerce.
I don't think either has a clue or a desire to make KM a part of thier HUBs right now. They are just trying to keep alive as the Business to Business model eats them alive.
No KM. Both are a little smoke and mirrors, but over the year 2000, both should become Hubs. Email me if you need more help.
Why did you ask in the first place.
