You are on your way! Now, what does this tell you about organizational knowledge? One thing it tells you is that it is way to tacit. This is relatively meaningless at lower levels. But the higher one goes, the more danger there is in:
1) Not expressing organizational goals clearly
2) Not expressing organization environment clearly
3) Not expressing to stake holders what is the ACTUAL status of the organization
4) Mistakes in planning assumptions because your crappy poem reading thing!
5) Not expressing clearly what the leadership vision isAnd on and on..... one begins to loooooooong for a more precise system of sharing information. No?
