I am a PhD student at the University of Huddersfield, UK
Currently I am investigating IT role in tacit knowledge
creation and transfer in the banking industry in the context
of process innovation development I am at a stage of
designing a questionnaire of my study.

I wonder if you come a cross a questionnaire of similar
purpose, or know someone that can help me.
