Hi Joyeb,
I have worked with large Energy Company , on similiar but in disorganised manner some time in 1987-88 !!
The reason it was disorganised was - The efforts were of my own and really speaking I was not aware of these terminologies too.It was more of my understanding and dream ideas for sharing the knowledge rather than systematic approach.
In this process I was involved for developing a training simulator for a big power plant.,
