I am a real example for "jack of all trades" and mastered in civil engg and env.engg. Now into developing applications on Lotus Notes .We have made an application in lotus notes to automate service help desk where in the customers can get their solutions right away on the web with this interactive expert. The work can be seen on www.kbware.com The site is still under const but the demos are quite functional.Working with these I have developed interest in knowledge engg and mgmt.
I will really love to see what it takes to be a KERegards
