I sure believe we'll need a measure - see above discussion - Knowledge Managemenet - what is enough knowledge? But how? Any thoughts? I'm a firm believer in the one smooth stone theory and what kind of impact it can have on the calm, serene body of water. The "if not now, when" idea behind groupware and capturing the knowledge we create every day. That is why I am a manager of knowledge - and a champion of it at my company. But how do we determine a "number" to soothe the fears of our colleagues and managers - the kind of numbers that give us the leverage to continue pooling resources to capture, organize, standardize the knowledge and "fight" the enemy who fears us?
