Yes Yogesh, this forum is really the new world order of knowledge creation and dissemination. We have been elevated to sharing knowledge across previously restricted domains. As such, we can learn faster, introduce and discard ideas more frequently, and develop a greater 'sum is better than the component parts'. I've had the opportunity to discuss ideas with so many individuals across so many backgrounds, something that was previously restricted to 'learning' environments. But, as is the case today, the traditional style of classroom learning is being rethought, as companies develop their own institutes, or implement leaning cultures. Credibility is becoming about 'what' you know, rather than 'who' you know, especially in the field of KM.
