This idea of a non-causal universe is one of those smile making ideas that we should embrace with vigor. But we must keep our idea on the ball.

Try this experiment. Go outside in the sun and hold out your hand. Do you feel the soft warmth on your hand? The sweet feeling of infra-red, visual and UV radiation ... you feel it? (well, maybe you don't feel the visual!) Now, I come up to you, and I look you in the eye. I mumble to you. I say, "You know, I think that feeling you got there in your hand is CAUSED by the sun". And you say, "Humph!! I'm afraid your incorrect on that point, old boy. YOU live in a non-causal universe!"

Could we write this one up and publish it in "Nature"?
