Hello,It has been suggested by various party that Intellectual Capital (IC), what I refer to as Corporate Knowledge, can be broadly dub-divided into 3 main areas of interest namely
(1) The Human Aspect - People
(2) The Structural Aspect - Processes, patent, copyrights and systems that support the Human Aspect
(3) The external Aspect - The external entities (customers and suppliers) the Human aspect interact with during the course of their daily activitiesDoes everybody agree with this? Is it complete or not, does it account for every thing that comes under the umbrella of IC?
If you have any additions or have problems with any of the current three let me know.
NOTE!!
I'm also in the process of developing an initial online questionnaire that attempts to study people and organisations feelings toward knowledge or IC measurement. As soon as it has been developed and tested and post its URL here so watch this space.Kind Regards.
