Martyn -- Within the world of KM, how is knowledge creation defined?
I've managed several software R&D projects, the crux of which was developing a lot of new knowledge. And, I supervised several doctoral theses, which very definitely involved knowledge creation. My advice based on my experience would be: know your people -- how they think, how they operate, what motivates them -- and work with clear problem statements -- naturally that may be the first problem to attack, and finally, be an active participant in the day-to-day work.
So,if you would apply your formidable wit to the issue, what does KM have to say?
Thanks
Reilly
