Quintus is an excellent integrated call centre solution..if all staff are willing to participate. It is not really a KM tool but does have the ability to provide a start towards KM thinking and culture within an organisation.
It gives the abilty to at least develop a knowledge base in relation to customers but would need to be used with other systems related to the other aspects of the business and the competitive environment.
