Hello,
Hello,
Corporations are getting bigger yet teams are becoming smaller and more numerous. Big companies that have turned notions of achieving excellence on its head are achieving degrees of agility that some small companies only dream of. These companies will stand up to anyone – including anything some unimaginative folks in blue suites can throw upon/at it.
However, small and medium sized businesses who wish to embark on KM initiatives – or maybe just consider it - would do well to consider staying clear of the biggest of the of most opportunistic consulting organizations.
I believe that small consulting companies in the KM space can offer much more than larger less focussed and less compromised businesses. I believe that in KM (even for large businesses) small consulting companies can prove that "less is more" and that "God is in the details".
Regards,
Martyn R Jones
