Hello,
I think that some belive that knowledge creation cannot be managed although knowledge re-use can. After all the management (contemporary management as opposed to the use of the word "management" as a euphemism for low imagination and high control) of knowledge is key to the concept of the knowledge spiral in the learning organization - at least as I know it.
