Hi J,
very interesting and stimulating point! But what is it in
practice for you? Will it go back to the issue about
human vs technology? Because within an organziation,
a structure in place to support the activity eg.
decision making is also important. So, according to
tradition (well..if there is any), HR dept is in charge of
creating learning organization and IT dept knowledge management,
so how to coordinate them? Should there be any mechanism
in place facilitated?Best Wishes
