Martyn -- Your suggestions are solid indeed. My question is: How does exploration of your cited isses differ from conventional management consulting? After all, the last two of your items have traditionally been a major responsibility of and focus of the CEO, the Board, and senior management -- their job is to work these issues.
My problem is, what does KM bring to these issues that traditional, competent management consulting cannot acomplish? Are we talking "buzz word" marketing, or a a truly different approach to common garden business problems?
Thanks,
Reilly
