Denham -- What you say makes good sense. What I don't get is: what drives this exercise, why bother? From the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" perspective, where does the search for what's broke take place? Then, how do you tie your new knowledge awareness, knowledge of the organization's use of knowledge to the fixing of what's broke?
