Boris,
your statements seems stereotype for the average Knowledge Manager, and for the typical misunderstandings about the subject.
No!, you do not manage knowledge, you manage information!.
No!, "explicit knowledge" and "information" is not in any way different!, and I cant think of any "information" that has the quality of getting "naturally absorbed as knowledge",
and no! it does not in any way have anything to do with the formatting of the information. Formatting the information can help you read what another person regards as the most important information first (like in a newspaperarticel), but it does not in any way help to build knowledge any faster.Maybe it would help if you thought long enough on the question:
"What is the difference between good and bad quality information?"
