Hi,
In my view Intellectual Capital is a lot like pornography. "I can't describe it, but I know it when I see it."
I believe that the best that we will ever get to measuring any sort of IC is by indirectly guessing its effect on financial and physical assets.
Companies that are more productive with their financial and physical assets must have greater IC. Measurement is somewhat pointless. Although, KM is essential.
