Hi,
Completion...hmm, strong word.
What I mean is that knowledge management is more or less
all about selection. Selecting knowledge that i beneficial
to others, and completion will be needed in order to improve the
quality of the kowledge shared.
More knowledge is better, but as i said earlier; the succes of Information
can be measured in who uses it and for what.
So, a lot of unuseable knowledge will eventually robb the system of its
quality. It should only contain good useable knowledge.
It is a way of selecting the "trash" out of it.Martin
