Hi,
now, turning this issue into one of cultural angle, one would need to create a
need/will to share knowledge with other mgrs.
This will in time create an open mind among theese implicants, but how do one then
draw a line, so that a sense of competition still exicsts.
Not only amongst the mgrs. but also to the outside world (other companies).
I am sure that mgrs. can be "trained" to share knowledge, and to posess a somewhat humble attitude
to tha fact that other mgrs, knowledge is vital for their own work.By the way, John, that "If the boss is not in, no one will be" summs it all up quite good.
