I am at the moment trying to invent/re-invent a system whereby all our managers post ideas, sollutions to ongoing problems, ideas on how to introduce concepts in the best matter
and finally just to exchange bright ideas.
This is to be made into a site (intranet) where managers can seek their collegues good advise, or post advises.
But the main issue here is to get these managers to use the system. The succes of an information can be measured in who is using it and fore what !
And since it is, i think, a forgotten issue to KM, that people will be people and needs things to be served to them on silver platters. It is though still one of the vital issues for
its succes.
How do you create the need for information, the will to seek other colleagues knowledge.
