Don,
Who said that Intellectual capital exists?
I believe it is an invention of a term made to try to categorize the things you cannot easily put into perspective.I dont believe there is such things as "intellectual capital" the words in itself has an absurd taste.
I do not believe that you can in any way categorize or measure or give intellectuality or knowledge a value. As i asked, what would be the unit, what are the parameters.
What is "Intellectual Capital"? anyway. Can somebody please explain that to me because I think that I have never really got it?.
Maybe by sharing our thaughts on the definition we can shed some light upon it?.Richard
