Who said that Intellectual capital exists?
I believe it is an invention of a term made to try to categorize the things you cannot easily put into perspective.

I dont believe there is such things as "intellectual capital" the words in itself has an absurd taste.
I do not believe that you can in any way categorize or measure or give intellectuality or knowledge a value.

As i asked, what would be the unit, what are the parameters.

What is "Intellectual Capital"? anyway. Can somebody please explain that to me because I think that I have never really got it?.
Maybe by sharing our thaughts on the definition we can shed some light upon it?.
