Hmmm, hadn't thought of it that way before. Knowledge managers are responsible for measuring the value created through KM. Thus we have intellectual capital. Input(KM)>Output(IC). Now, 'measuring' IC is an interesting subject. Because to a great extent, the market decides the IC value. What, I guess, is the whole point of 'measuring' intellectual capital. Hmmmmm, why bother? What parameters would we use?
