Hello,
Liked the comments, reminded me of a spoof product launch and presentation we did for Senior Management (and users) in a hardware maker. We called it the SOAC architecture for AI (Nobody asked what SOAC meant, only we knew that the origin was Snails brain On A Chip) b- Anyway, bad name or good name, the thing worked, and everyone was happy with the SOAC Architecture. So, if some businesses want KM and are happy with the results they get from KM then let them call it KM. KM is not for everything and everyone and for every occasion so the fear that KM might actually stifle innovation I suspect is exactly that - a fear grounded in uncertainty and doubt, but not experience.
Best regards,
Martyn R Jones
